This cut-off allows each envelope to be prepared slowly & with intention, rather than rushed. Orders placed after the 2nd will start the following month.

3. Your Nail Notes envelope is prepared

During the days that follow, your monthly nail art design, handwritten letter & creative extras are carefully put together.

4. Posted on the 9th of each month

All envelopes are sent on the 9th of the month, arriving shortly after, ready for you to open when you have the time & space.

5. A monthly ritual you return to

Each month brings a new nail art design & a fresh moment of calm, while the ritual stays the same.

Do I need to be 'good' at nail art to join?
Not at all. Nail Notes is designed for nail techs who are still building confidence, feel stuck creatively, or want a gentler way to learn. There’s no pressure to be perfect, just to show up for yourself.
Is this a course or an online tutorial?
Neither, Nail Notes is a physical snail mail club. There’s nothing to log into & nothing to watch, everything arrives by post so you can learn & create away from screens.
What kind of nail art designs will I receive?
The designs are approachable, calming & thoughtfully chosen each month to encourage exploration rather than overwhelm. They’re not trend-chasing or high-pressure, they’re designed to be practised slowly & revisited anytime you need.
Do I have to share my work online?
There's never any pressure to post what you create here, Nail Notes is intentionally designed for slowness & reducing the pressure, however you’re welcome to share if you want to, but there’s no expectation to.
Is this a monthly subscription?
Yes, Nail Notes is a monthly subscription that you can cancel anytime. There’s no minimum commitment. Come & go as you please.

Nail Notes reserves the right to make changes to the contents of the Mail Club at any time while maintaining the overall intention and value.
Nail Notes is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by postal services beyond our control.
We reserve the right to cancel a subscription at our discretion in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

Refund Policy – Nail Notes Mail Club
Due to the nature of this product being a physical, subscription-based mail club, all sales are final once an order has been processed.
Payments are charged automatically on a monthly basis.
Once your monthly payment has been taken and your envelope has entered production or been posted, refunds cannot be issued.
You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
Cancellations made after a billing date will apply to the following month, not the current shipment.
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in the post, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
